The Public Interest Disclosure Act enables people to make disclosures about wrongdoing within the State public sector.
By definition, 'wrong doing' includes an offence under state law, improper conduct, or misuse or mismanagement of public resources.
If you wish to make a disclosure regarding the Office of Health Review, the Office has an appointed Public Interest Disclosure (P.I.D.) Officer who is able to receive disclosures from members of the public, including employees of public authorities.
For more information regarding making a disclosure, phone the PID Advice and Referral Line on 1800 355 835, or visit the PID website at www.opssc.wa.gov.au/pid.
To contact our PID Officer, please refer to our contact details.
